A RESOLUTION OF THE C014MU JITY DEVELOPMEN
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEvlENT WITH AEROSPACE
CORPORATION AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
THEREOF. (Aerospace Corp.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of consulting services relating to energy management and conser-
vation programs; and
WHEREAS, Aerospace Corporation is qualified to provide
said consulting services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Aero-
spade Corporation agrees to furnish said consulting services, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the Anaheim Re-
development
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con -
ditions of that`agreement with 'Aerospace Corporation be, and they
are hereby, approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
