A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, APPROVING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FIRST AMEND-
MENT TO AGREEMENT. (Financial Consulting
Services - John F. Gray)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has,
by Agreement dated December 10, 1974, previously entered
into a contract for financial consulting services with
John F. Gray; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provides for an annual
adjustment of the hourly rate of compensation payable to
John F. Gray; and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared which amendment amends Section 3 of said Agreement
relating to Compensation; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to enter into said First
Amendment to Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, that the terms and conditions of said Agreement be,
and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and the
Secretary of the Community Development Commission, acting
as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, be, and they are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for and on behalf
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 27th day of January 1976
