A RESOLUTION OF THE COM1 DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES. (PBR, INC.)
WHEREAS, an amendment to the Downtown portion
of the Redevelopment Plan Alpha is being proposed; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report may be
required to analyze the environmental impact of said
amendment; and
WHEREAS, the services of a consultant are
required in order to prepare said Environmental Impact
Report; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
PBR, Inc., would prepare the Draft Subsequent Environ-
mental Impact Report and Final Subsequent Environmental
Impact Report for said amendment; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agree-
ment are acceptable to the Community Development
Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said agreement with PBR, INC., for
consulting services be, and they are hereby, approved by
the Community Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and
Secretary of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 13th day of January , 1976•
