A RE,SOLUTION OF THE COD94UNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMAISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TER14S AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR STRUCTURAL
ENGINEERING SERVICES.
( Shamma Enterprises, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of the services of structural engineers to conduct building sur-
veys; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Shar•,?ma
Enterprises, Inc. is to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement with Shamma Enterprises, Inc. be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
of the Community Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, be, and they are hereby, authorized and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Re-
development Agency.
