A RESOLUTION OF THE COt!fIU dITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVEL-
OPIENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITION ?S OF AN AGREEMENT FOR STRUCTURAL
ENGINEERING SERVICES.
(McLean and Schultz, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is in need
of the services of structural engineers to conduct building sur-
veys; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby McLean
and Schultz, Inc. is to provide such services; and`
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interests of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement with McLean and Schultz, Inc. be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
of the Community Development Commission, acting as the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, be, and they are hereby, authorized and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Re-
development Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of January , 1 776.
