A RESOLUTION OF THE COi/MUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, ACTING AS THE ANAHEIM REDEVEL-
OPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF A LEASE.
(R. A. Harrison)
WHEREAS, R. A. Harrison is the owner of certain prem-
ises known as 132 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is desirous
of leasing said premises in accordance with the terms and condi-
tions of a lease agreement this day submitted; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to enter said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Devel-
opment Commission, acting as the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency,
that the terms and conditions of said lease agreement be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman and Secretary
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of January, 1976.
