94-017 RESOLUTION NO. 94R-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-18 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated February 8, 1994, that Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective February 25, 1994.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-
18 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Building Projects Inspector XU CR07
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 92R-18 is February 25, 1994.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 92R-18 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 15thday of February, 1994.
