94-010 RESOLUTION NO. 94R-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-22 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff
report dated January 11, 1994, that Resolution No. 92R-22 be amended in the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective January 28, 1994; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
92R-22 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 be amended by adding the
following classifications:
Classification salary Ranqe
Fleet and Facility Manager X CR16
Streets and Sanitation Manager x CR16
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 92R-22 is January 28, 1994.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 92R-22 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of January, 1994.
