94-067 RESOLUTION NO. 94R-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department has recommended in a staff report
dated April 12, 1994, that Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended in the manner hereinafter
set forth, effective April 22, 1994.
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 91R-125
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented
Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended by adding the following
classifications:
Classification Schedule Number Step Range
Media Production Assistant A 1256 J - E
Media Production Assistant-Retirement A 1256 J - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 91R-125 is April 22, 1994.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 91R-125 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 19 day of April, 1994.
