94-066 RESOLUTION NO. 94R-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE PROGRAMS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following named individuals are hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Anaheim, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, applications and documents for the purpose of
obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense
Act of 1950, (50 U.S.C. Appx. 2251 et seq.):
