A RESOLU~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-22 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION AND MANAGEMENT
PAY POLICIES FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated April 5, 1994, that Resolution No. 92R-22 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective April 8, 1994; and
Vv2rIEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-
22 which adopted rates of compensation and pay policies for classifications designated as
Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Section 8 of Resolution No. 92R-22 be amended to read as follows:
Section 8 Employees required to speak, read and/or write in Spanish or other
languages as well as English as part of the regular duties of their position will be
compensated at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) per biweekly pay period in addition to their
regular pay.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 92R-22 is April 8, 1994.
AND, BE IT FURTHER 'RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 92R-22 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 12 day of April, 1994.
