RESOLUTION NO. 97R -190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF ANAHEIM BUS STOP
ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO THE ORANGE
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR FUNDING UNDER
THE BUS STOP ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to implement the bus
stop accessibility improvement projects listed below; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation Authority
intends to allocate funds for bus stop accessibility
improvement projects within the incorporated cities and the
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby requests
the Orange County Transportation Authority allocate funds to
Anaheim in the amount specified in the City's application from
the Bus Stop Accessibility Program to aid the Anaheim in the
improvement of bus stop accessibility at locations identified
in the application.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21 day of October,
1997.
