94-097 RESOLUTION NO. 94R-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING THE
SEWER DEFICIENCY STUDY PERTAINING
TO THE NORTH CENTRAL AREA OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, existing sewer lines for portions of the City
have been in existence for fifty years and more; and
WHEREAS, the existing sewer infrastructure for portions
of the City is antiquated and may be inadequate to handle
existing and future capacities expected to be generated by the
land uses permitted on the City's General Plan; and
WHEREAS, changes in land use and revised sewer design
parameters make it desirable to develop long- and short-range
plans for the City's sewer system; and
WHEREAS, as a portion of the review and updating of the
City's sewer system, studies have been undertaken and prepared
and presented to the City Council for the North Central area
bounded generally by the Riverside Freeway, Euclid Street and the
Santa Ana Freeway (I-5); and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to adopt the
"North Central Area Sewer Deficiency Study" dated November 1993,
on file in the Office of the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby adopt the "North Central Area
Sewer Deficiency Study."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted,by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of June ,
1994.
