A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
GREEN FEES AND TOURNAMENT SURCHARGE
TO BE CHARGED AT THE H.G. "DAD"
MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF
COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find and determine that the schedule of rates for golf at H.G.
"Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills
Golf Course should be amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the schedule of rates for green fees and
use of golf carts at H.G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf
Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course be, and the same are
hereby, revised effective December 1, 1994, as follows:
1. GREEN FEES AND CART RENTAL FEES
WEEKDAYS WEEKENDS(Fri/Sat/Sun) CART FEES
(Mon.-Thurs.) AND HOLIDAYS
$11.00/9-holes $13.00/9-holes $13.00/9 holes
$16.00/18-holes $22.00/18-holes $20.00/18-holes
2. SPECIAL REDUCED RATES
A. SENIOR CITIZENS (sixty-two ([62] and over), by
identification, weekdays only on a time-available basis.
Seniors' rate will be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) less
than the 9-hole rate. Full-fee guests receive starting time
priority.
B. Local high school and college: appropriate fees,
times, number, rules and regulations continue to be set by letter
of agreement between the Golf Manager and individual schools or
by contract with school districts, as availability allows.
3. TOURNAMENT SURCHARGE
A. Advance-booked tournament groups (20 or more
players) shall be charged a five dollar ($5.00) surcharge per
person added to the appropriate green fees except on weekends and
holidays when the surcharge will be ten dollars ($10.00) per
player.
B. Leagues (9-hole play after 4:00 p.m.) will be
charged a one dollar ($1.00) surcharge per person added to the
appropriate green fees.
4. ADVANCE RESERVATION FEE
An annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged
to each subscriber to the advance reservation system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 93R-131 will
remain in full force and effect until December 1, 1994, at which
time Resolution No. 93R-131 and any other resolution in conflict
herewith will be superseded by this Resolution and will be of no
further force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim this 20th day Decembe~ 1994.
