A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO
THE WAIVER OF NOTICE CONCERNING THE
RENTAL OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM BY THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE
WHEREAS, the County of Orange proposes to lease
approximately 3,000 square feet of building space located at 555
North State College Boulevard in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the
County to provide at least 60 days advance notice to the city of
Anaheim prior to entering into such lease agreement unless such
notice is waived by resolution adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the County has requested the City Council to
waive such 60 day notice requirement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby consents to waiving
such 60 day notice requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the city of Anaheim hereby consents to and waives the 60 day
notice requirement set forth in Section 25351 of the Government
Code of the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20thday of
December , 1994.
