94-283 RESOLUTION NO. 94R-283
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 94R-260,
NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, on
November 8, 1994, adopt Resolution No. 94R-260; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City desires, and the public interest and
general welfare requires, that said error be corrected nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the
city of Anaheim that Resolution No. 94R-260 be, and the same is hereby
amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending the legal description of that
certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, to
read as follows:
LOTS 1 AND 2 OF ORIGINAL TOWN OF ANAHEIM, IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE(S)
629 AND 630, DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPTING FROM LOT 1 THE EASTERLY 10 FEET THEREOF,
AS GRANTED TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR SIDEWALK
PURPOSES, BY DEED RECORDED JANUARY 15, 190~, IN
BOOK 103, PAGE 88, DEEDS, RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE
COUNTY,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 94R-260 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the city of Anaheim this _~day of December , 199 4
