A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR
FACILITIES (PARCEL MAP 84-230)
WHEREAS, certain properties or interests therein
including, in some instances, facilities, have heretofore been
irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocably offered properties or interests therein have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, all public facilities included therein have
been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offer of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be and they are hereby accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
1. Riverview Drive - a public street.
2. The 15.00 foot easement for sanitary sewer purposes.
3. All existing or future public utilities within the
dedicated right of way.
4. The domestic water distribution system and
appurtenances.
5. Sanitary sewer system and appurtenances.
6. The street lighting system and appurtenances.
all shown on that Parcel Map recorded in Book 196, Pages 33-35 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this22.da~f November, 1994.
