94-261 RESOLUTION NO. 94R- 261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING A
PORTION OF LA PALMA PARK FOR STREET
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of that
certain property known as La Palma Park, which park is bounded on
the west by Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City is widening Harbor Boulevard and
desires to dedicate a portion of La Palma Park, as said portion
is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to road and public
purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim and the public to dedicate an easement for the widening
of Harbor Boulevard across the portion of La Palma Park described
in Exhibit "A".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby dedicate an easement across the
property described in Exhibit "A" to road and public utility
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of Novemb~3% ,
