A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF HELENA
STREET AND CERTAIN EASEMENTS RESERVED FROM
PREVIOUSLY ABANDONED OAK STREET, LINCOLN
AVE., AND CHESTNUT STREET (94-4A)
WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
law; and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of August, 1994, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the city of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of a portion
of Helena Street and certain easements reserved from previously
abandoned Oak Street, Lincoln Ave., and Chestnut Street, all as
more specifically described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange upon the completion of all conditions set
forth herein, if any.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of August,
1994.

AND OAK STREET TO BE VACATED
Parcel 3 and that portion of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 79-229 in the City of Anaheim,
County. of Orange, State of California. as shown on the map filed in Book 166, Pages 23
and 24 of Parcel Maps in the office of the Count3' Recorder of said County, together with
those portions of Lincoln Avenue (formerly Centre Street), Helena Street (formerly
Adelaide Street) and Oak Street (formerly First Street) as shown on the map of the
Langenberger Tract recorded in Book l, Pages 550 and 551 of Miscellaneous Records in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Parcel 3; thence North 75°28'03" East 19.00
feet along the Southerly line of said Parcel 3 to the Southeast corner of said Parcel 3, said
corner being on the Westeriy prolongation of the Southerly line of Parcel I as described in
Exhibit "A" to Resolution No. 90R-283 of the City Council of the City of Anaheim
recorded August 23, 1990 as Insmament No. 90-451485 of Official Records in the office
of said County Recorder of Orange County; thence North 75°27'29" East 27.06 feet along
said prolongation to the Northwesterly line of said Parcel I, said Northwesterly line being

Northeasterly 76.26 feet along said curve and said Northwesterly line through a central
angle of 94°59'19" to the Southerly line of Lot 12, Block E5 of said Langenberger Tract;
