RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECEIVING THE
PROPOSED RECOVERY PLAN FOR THE ANAHEIM STADIUM PROJECT AND THE
AGENCY'S REPORT ON THE RECOVERY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim Community Redevelopment Commission submitted to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim the proposed Recovery Plan for the Anaheim Stadium
Project, accompanied by the Commission's Report to the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. The City Council hereby receives the proposed Recovery Plan for the Anaheim
Stadium Project and the Redevelopment Commission's Report to the City Council on the proposed
Recovery Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this9thday of August, 1994.
