A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-21 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 1994, that Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth, effective July 1, 1994: and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-21
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Administrative
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended by changing the salary
range designation of the following classifications to read as follows:
Classification Salary Range
Building Field Operations Supervisor XU CR13
Fire Communications Manager XU CR12
Water Field Superintendent XU CR14
2. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended by deleting the following
classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Community Development Fiscal Manager X CR12
Public Utilities Financial Accounting Manager X CR16
Public Utilities Financial Planning Manager X CR17
Public Utilities Financial Requirements Manager X CR16
Public Utilities Information Systems Manager X CR12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolution No. 92R-21 is July 1, 1994.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 92R-21 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 12 day of Juty 1994.
