A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 14, 1994, that Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended in the manner hereinafter
set forth, effective June 17, 1994; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 91R-125
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented
Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that a new Section 3 be added to Resolution No. 91R-125, to read as follows:
"SECTION 3.
The statutorily required employee contribution to the Public Employee's Retirement
System (PERS) shall continue to be paid by the City as employer paid member
contributions authorized by Section 20615 of the California Government Code on
behalf of all paart-time employees in classifications with a full-time management
equivalent, who are designated as being in retirement-eligible positions."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 91R-125 is June 17, 1994.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 91R-125 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
