NOT USED (there is no resolution 91R-88)
FOR INFORMATION:
RESOLUTION NO. 91R-88 - the number was issued
at the Council Meeting of March 19, 1991.(See Item D5.)
It was issued for amendment No. 1 to Development Agree-
ment 87-01 - Hanover Real Estate Associates, 9300 Wilshire Blvd.
Suite 500, Beverly Hills, CA for 1284 E. Katella and 1301-1395
E. Pacifico (Hanover/Katella Office Park). Ordinance 5120
was also introduced that date. It was later determined by
the City Attorney's office that the resolution was not
necessary. Since the number had been issued, it was
determined to cancel it - number issued but not used.
(Development agreements do not need a resolution - specific
plans do.)
