2000-064RESOLUTION NO. 2000R - 64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. 99-22A) BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit: That certain easement for a water ditch, approximately one and a half feet in width located on that certain property located at the northwest corner of La Palma Ave. and Onondaga Ave. (1827 W. La Palma Ave.) as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 6:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California, 92805, on: Date: May 16, 2000 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18thDay of April , 2000.
