A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 95R -131
RELATING TO QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE
INVESTMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on July 11, 1995, the Anaheim City Council adopted Resolution No.
95R -131 setting forth additional qualifications which the Council deemed desirable, but not
mandatory, for membership on the Anaheim Investment Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 6175, duly adopted by the City Council on August 24,
2010, and effective September 23, 2010, the Anaheim Investment Advisory Commission was
dissolved and a new Budget, Investment and Technology Board was created; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to repeal the additional requirements set
forth in Resolution No. 95R -131.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Resolution 95R -131 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2
That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and
enter it into the book of original resolutions.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 14th day of September, 2010, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Pringle, Council Members Hernandez, Galloway, Kring
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: Council Member Sidhu
ABSTAIN: NDNE
