RES-2010-155RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -155 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM IMPOSING REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS UPON CITRON LANE BETWEEN ROMNEYA DRIVE AND RALSTON STREET, RELATING TO PARKING VEHICLES ON PUBLIC STREETS PURSUANT TO SECTION 14.32.161 OF CHAPTER 14.32 OF TITLE 14 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS, Division 11 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California authorizes local authorities, by ordinance or resolution, to regulate and control, among other matters, the parking of vehicles on public streets under the jurisdiction of such local authorities; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has heretofore adopted Section 14.32.161, Chapter 14.32, Title 14 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, establishing certain restrictions, limitations and prohibitions upon the parking of vehicles which applies to certain public streets within the City of Anaheim to the extent such restrictions, limitations and prohibitions are made applicable to such streets by ordinance or resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council, by adoption of this Resolution, hereby imposes said restrictions, limitations and prohibitions on the public streets in the City of Anaheim to the extent expressly adopted and specified herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 That this Resolution shall be deemed the resolution referred to in the following section of the Anaheim Municipal Code: Section 14.32.161. SECTION 2 That those respective restrictions, limitations and prohibitions upon the parking of vehicles as set forth in Section 14.32.161, Chapter 14.32, Title 14 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, are hereby made applicable to Citron Lane, between Romneya Drive and Ralston Street. The City Traffic Transportation Manager shall include the restrictions, limitations and prohibitions upon the parking of vehicles as set forth in this Resolution in that certain multiple volume set of regulations entitled "Anaheim Municipal Code Designated Parking Regulations" (hereinafter "Regulations) on file in the Office of the City Traffic and Transportation Manager. The restrictions, limitations and prohibitions upon the parking of vehicles as set forth in this Resolution shall superseded any conflicting regulations contained in the Regulations.
