A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2000R -125 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated October 26, 2010 that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as
Professional, effective October 29, 2010; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2000R -125 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Professional is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -125 is amended as follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 is hereby further amended
by deleting the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranges
Energy Risk, Wholesale Settlements, & Regulatory Affairs Manager XCR21
Utilities Communications Supervisor XCR12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment be
October 29, 2010.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R -125 shall remain in full force and effect.
