RESOLUTION NO. 86R-127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTA.IN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHlvAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (85-2A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
Certain public utility and storm drain easements
running across property located on the north side of
Ball Road, east of Western Avenue,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 1st day of AprIl, 1986.
