1. CALL TO ORDER The Community Sen-ices Board meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. by Chair Currie.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Board Member Cudd led the Board in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

6. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Vice -Chair Aitken made a motion to approve the minutes for the August 12,
2010, meeting; Board Member Wright seconded the motion and it passed with 8 ayes and 1 abstention.

A. FY 2011/12 Public Sen-ice Funding Process:

B. CSB Meeting Schedule: Joe reminded the Board that the only two scheduled meetings remaining in 2010 are
the second presentation meeting on September 16 "' and October 14 "'. Chair Currie indicated that they would
determine at the October meeting whether there was a need for another meeting this year.
9. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS Board Member Faessel made the following announcements:
• Bon Appetit will be held at the White House Restaurant on Friday evening; tickets are $150.
• Mavor's Praver Breakfast on September 16 at 7:30 a.m. at the Convention Center.
• 3rd Annual Movie in the Park will be held on September 17 "' at 7:30 p.m.
• The Assistance League Open House will be held on September 18 "'
• The Chance Theater Gala will be held on the 18 "' at 5 p.m.
• The Orange County Wind Symphony has Music of Latin America on September 26 "' at 7:00 p.m. at the
Sen-ite Auditorium.
• There will be another movie in the park also on September 26"
• The Muzeo gala will be held on October 9 "', the Russian Divine Reflection, at 5 p.m.
• Anaheim Historical Societe Home Tour will be held on October 23rd and 24"
• Anaheim High School Alumni will hold an All -Class Reunion on October 23r
10. ADJOURNMENT At 8:41 p.m. Chair Currie adjourned the meeting to September 16, 2010, at 5:30 p.m.
