A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATAIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 13, 2000, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June
23, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-time.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 4 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by adding the following classifications:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe effedive date ofthis Resolution shallbe June 23,
2000.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
97R-101 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 13tb. day of Stone ,2000.
