A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-13
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 13, 2000, that Resolution No. 98R-13 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective June 23, 2000; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 98R-13 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Confidential; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 98R-13 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 98R-13 be amended by adjusting the rate of compensation for the
following classification:

Claims Assistant U 1815 J - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be June 23,
2000.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
98R-13 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council this
13th day of June ,2000.
