2000-160RESOLUTION NO. 2000R - 160 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 96R-109 PERTAINING TO THE RENAMING A PORTION OF CLEMENTINE STREET TO FREEDMAN WAY WHEREAS, Section 34091.1 of the Government Code authorizes the legislative body of a City to adopt or change the name of a City street; and WHEREAS, the City Council did, on June 18, 1996, adopt Resolution No. 96R-109 to rename a portion of Clementine Street to Freedman Way; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to further study the renaming of streets in the area prior to implementing said street name change. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 96R- 109 be, and it is hereby, rescinded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, ordered to forward a copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange as required by Government Code Section 34092. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of August 2000.
