A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
August 29, 2000, that Resolution No. 00R-125 be amended in the manner set forth, effective
September 1, 2000; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-125 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-125 be amended as follows:
1. That the following classification be deleted from Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-125:

Public Benefits Program Specialist X CR11
2. That the following classifications be added to Section I of Resolution No. 00R-125:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
September 1, 2000.
