A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
August 29, 2000, that Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended tn the manner set forth, effective
September 1, 2000; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-124 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended as follows:
1. That the following classifications be deleted from Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124::
Classification
Housing Coordinator
Public Benefits Program Manager
Strategic Development/Communications Manager
Salary Ranqes
X CR10
X CR17
X CR19
2. That the following classifications be added to Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124:
Classification Salary Ranqes
Advantage Services Manager X CR17
Business and Community Programs Manager X CR19
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
September 1, 2000.
