A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
September 26, 2000, that Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective September 15, 2000; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-124 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended as follows:
1. That the following classification be added to Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124:
Classification
Utilities Administration & Safety Manager
Salary Ranges
X CR15
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
September 15, 2000.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council this
26th day of September ,2000.
