A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-174, NUNC PRO TUNC, ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, on August 29, 2000, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 00R-174 which approved new job classifications and salary relationships for job
classifications assigned to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and error, the salary schedules and salary
relationships for the classifications of Housing Loan Counselor I, Workforce Center Assistant
and Workforce Development Assistant were incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to amend Resolution No. 00R-174 nunc pro tunc, by correcting the salary
schedules and salary relationships to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Resolution No. 00R-174, is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the following:

Workforce Center Assistant X 1843
Workforce Development Assistant X 1843
Step Salary Relationships
J - E 1.125 X Housing Specialist II
J - E 1.000 X Housing Specialist II
J - E 1.000 X Housing Specialist II
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein Resolution No 00R-174,
shall remain in full force and effect.
