The PARTIES have reached an understanding to amend certain sections of Article 50 -- Insurance, to be effective .lanuary 1, 2001, as follows: ARTICLE 50 INSURANCE 50.1 Health Insurance 50.11 ANAHEIM agrees to offer the Kaiser FoundaUon Health Plan and other prepaid and/or insured health plans recommended by the .ioint Committee on Medical P.rograms and approved by the City Coundl.
