A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 91 R-125, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated June 20,
1995, that Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 91 R- 125 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-Time: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended by adding the following
classifications:
Classification Salary Schedule
Golf Course Marshall 0727 A-E
TMC Event Systems Operator 1665 J-E
2. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended by deleting the following
classification:
Classification Salary Schedule
Golf Course Ranger 0727 A-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to Resolution No.
91R-125 is June 30, 1995.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 91 R-125
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim this 27Lhday of June~ 1995.
