95-125 RESOLUTION NO.95R- 125 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R-18, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated June 20, 1995, that Resolution No. 92R- 18 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R- 18, which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: 1. That, effective June 30, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by adding the following classifications: Classification Salary Range Chemist X CR08 Community Development Administrative Analyst X CR10 Integrated Resources Planner I X CRll Integrated Resources Planner II X CRI5 Principal Integrated Resources Planner X CR19 Public Utilities Advanced Technologies X CR15 Senior Integrated Resources Planner X CR17 2. That, effective June 30, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by changing the salary range of the following classification to read as follows: Classification Salary Range Power Resources Scheduler 11 X CR15 3. That, effective July 1, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R- 18 be amended by deleting the following classifications: Classification Salary Range Community Development Personnel Services Coordinator X CR08 Environmental Services Technician X CR06 Power Resources Analyst X C RI0 Power Resources Planner I X CRll Power Resources Planner 11 X CR15 Public Utilities Business Development Manager X CRI4 Public Utilities Financial Requirements Administrator X CR14 Senior Electric Planning Specialist X CRI3 Senior Power Resources Planner X CR18 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 92R-18 shall remain in full force and effect.
