A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-20, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated June 20,
1995, that Resolution No. 92R-20 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-20, which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That, effective June 30, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-20 be amended by adding the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Budget Supervisor XU CR15
Electric Utility Inspection Supervisor XU CR13
Principal Chemist XU CR12
Public Utilities Financial Accounting/Rates Supervisor XU CR15
2. That, effective July 1, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-20 be amended by deleting the
following classifications:
Classification Salary. Range
Building Inspection Services Supervisor XU CR09
Computer Operations Supervisor XU CR07
Crime Statistics Supervisor XU CR09
Public Utilities Financial Accounting Supervisor XU CR14
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 92R-20
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim this 27 t. hday of June, 1995.
