A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-21, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended, in a staff report dated June 20~
1995, that Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-21, which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That, effective June 30, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended by adding the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Convention Center Facility Engineer XU CR14
Manager of Economic Development X CR17
Public Utilities Economic Development Manager X CR16
2. That, effective July 1, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-21 be amended by deleting the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Business Enterprise Manager X CRI6
Power Resources Manager X CR20
Water Quality Laboratory Manager X CR14
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended hereira Resolution No. 92R-21
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
