A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-19, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 20,
1995, that Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth: and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R-19 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Executive Management: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That, effective June 30, 1995~ Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended by adding the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Stadium and Convention Center General Manager X CR24
2. That, effective June 30, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended by changing
the salary range of the following classification to read as follows:
Classification Salary Range
Chief of Police X CR26
3. That, effective July 1, 1995, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-19 be amended by deleting the
following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Convention Center General Manager X CR23
Data Processing Director X CR23
Maintenance Director X CR23
Stadium General Manager X CR23
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 92R-19
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
