96-190 RESOLUTION NO. 96R-190 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CONDITIONALLY VACATING PORTIONS OF CITRON STREET, HALL AVENI3E, VICTOR STREET, JULIANA AVENUE, BYWOOD AVENUE AND AN UNNAMED PUBLIC ALLEY (96-7A) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate certain public streets, highways or public service easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law; and, WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by law; and, WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1996, a public hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of the following streets and alleys: 1. that portion of Citron Street north of La Palma Avenue extending to within approximately 190 feet of Romneya Dr. 2.) That portion of Hall Avenue extending easterly from Citron Street. 3.) That portion of Victor Street extending easterly from Citron Street. 4.) That portion of Julianna Avenue extending easterly from Citron Street. 5.)Bywood Avenue extending easterly from Citron Street. 6.) That unnamed public alley extending easterly from Citron Street located between Victor Street and Julianna Avenue. as said streets are more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A and subject to the conditions precedent hereinafter set forth; provided however, that this vacation shall be of no force and effect until that certain Parcel Map No. 96-146 is final and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County. // // BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange upon the written certification of the Director of the Public Works Department that each of the following conditions or events have been complied with or have occurred: That the Parcel Map No. 96-146 has been approved and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange. Those easements referred to as Items 2, 3, 4, 12 and 13 for Citron Street are to be abandoned only from the North right- of-way line of La Palma Avenue northerly to a point 195.00 feet south of the South right-of-way line of Romneya Drive.
