A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
ANGLE PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF
CLEMENTINE STREET BETWEEN
ORANGEWOOD AND ITS TERMINUS
APPROXIMATELY SIX HUNDRED FEET
NORTH OF ORANGEWOOD AVENUE
WHEREAS, Vehicle Code Section 22503 permits local
authorities, by ordinance, to permit angle parking on any
roadway; and
WHEREAS, Section 14.32.290 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code authorizes the City Council to
determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to permit angle parking on the EAST
SIDE of Clementine Street between Orangewood Avenue and its
terminus approximately Six Hundred (600) feet north of
Orangewood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that angle parking shall be permitted on
Clementine Street between Orangewood and its terminus
approximately Six Hundred (600) feet north of Orangewood pursuant
to Vehicle Code Section 22503 and Section 14.32.290 of Chapter
14.32 of Title 14 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer shall install
the appropriate signs and markings in connection with the angle
parking.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of
November ,19 96
