A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR
ROAD, WATER AND ELECTRICAL PURPOSES (96-5A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
law; and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of October, 1996, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of:
Those certain easements for road, water and electrical
purposes across property located on the east side of
Lemon Street south of Durst Road as said easements are
more particularly described in Exhibits ~A", "B" and
~C" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this
resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this
resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Orange
County.

Page 79 and Book 271, Page 65 of Orange County Records.

No. 87-484974 of Orange County Records.
4. An easement for roads, railroads and ditches as recorded
in Book 30, Page 370 of Deeds Records of Orange County.
5. That portion of an easement for electrical purposes as

All of those certain easements for road and public utility purposes together with all rights of
ingress and egress over, under and across that portion of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aria, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as conveyed to the City of Anaheim and described in deed recorded
March 5, 1993 as Instrument No. 93-0150740 of Official Records in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
Exceptin~ therefrom that portion of said easement lying within Parcel 1 of said deed as
described therein.
