A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING
GOLF-CART CROSSING ZONES ON GILBERT
STREET BETWEEN LINCOLN AVENUE AND
CRESCENT AVENUE
WHEREAS, Vehicle Code Section 21115.1 permits local
authorities, by resolution, to establish crossing zones for use
by golf carts; and
WHEREAS, there presently is no designated crossing for golf-
carts on Gilbert Street between various holes of the Dad Miller
Golf Course; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to establish golf cart crossing
zones on Gilbert Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that golf cart crossing zones on Gilbert Street
are to be established pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21115.1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer will install
the appropriate signs and markings in connection with the golf
cart crossing zones.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of
