A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM WAIVING NOTICE
OF DONATED SPACE AGREEMENT BY THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange proposes to enter into a
Donated Space Agreement (rent-free) with the Department of
Education for the purpose of operating a Youth and Family
Resource Center at 1401 South Anaheim Boulevard in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the County
to notify the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, in writing, at
least sixty days prior to entering into such Donated Space
Agreement, unless such notice is waived by resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the City Council
waive such sixty-day notice requirement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the
City of Anaheim that the sixty-day notice required by Government
Code Section 25351 is hereby waived with respect to the
aforementioned Donated Space Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this ~h day of__September ,
