A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
September 24, 1996, that Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 91R-125 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-Time;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That, effective October 1, 1996, Section 1 of Resolution No. 91R-125 be amended
by changing the salary schedule for the following classifications:
Classification Salary Schedule
Adult Worker I 0475 E
Engineering Intern I 0599 A-E
Youth Worker IA 0475 E
Youth Worker lB 0475 E
Youth Worker IC 0475 E
2. That, effective September 1, 1997, Section I of Resolution No. 91R-125 be
amended by changing the salary schedule for the following classifications:
Classification Salary Schedule
Adult Worker I 0515 E
Engineering Intern I 0599 B-E
Youth Worker IA 0515 E
Youth Worker lB 0515 E
Youth Worker IC 0515 E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 91 R-125
shall remain in full force and effect.
