96-145 RESOLUTION NO. 96R- 145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A
REVISION TO THE MASTER PLAN FOR
DRAINAGE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE
SOUTH CENTRAL AREA OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on January 15, 1974,
adopt Resolution No. 74R-11, which resolution did adopt the
Master Plan for Drainage for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 4, 1993, amend
the Master Plan for Drainage by adopting the Master Plan of
Drainage for the South Central Area of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on Sept. 27, 1994, amend
the Master Plan for Drainage by adopting the First Revision to
the Master Plan for Drainage for the South Central Area of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, changes in land use and other studies have
shown the need to make additional changes to established drainage
basins located in the South Central Area; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend the
Master Plan For Drainage by adopting and incorporating certain
changes into the Master Plan Of Drainage For The South Central
Area, all as shown in that document entitled South Central Area
Master Plan of Drainage, Second Revision, on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby amend the Master Plan for Drainage by adopting the
South Central Area Master Plan Of Drainage, Second Revision, as
an amendment to the Master Plan For Drainage.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of August ~Y
1996.
