96-144 RESOLUTION NO. 96R - 144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
MASTER PLAN FOR SEWERS AS IT
PERTAINS TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL AREA
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 11, 1993, adopt
Resolution No. 93R-73, which resolution did adopt the Master Plan
for sewers pertaining to the South Central Area of Anaheim; and,
WHEREAS, a study entitled "South Central Area Sewer
Deficiency Study - Second Revision", dated January, 1993
(hereinafter "Study"), has been prepared; and,
WHEREAS, Study identifies areas wherein the existing
sewer infrastructure is antiquated and inadequate to handle
existing and future capacities expected to be generated by the
land uses permitted on the City General Plan; and,
WHEREAS, changes in the land use and revised sewer
design parameters make it necessary to develop long and short-
range plans for the City sewer system;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby amend the Master Plan for Sewers by adopting the
South Central Area Sewer Deficiency Study - Second Revision".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 94R-37 and
the First Revision to the South Central Area Deficiency Study, be
and they are hereby, superseded by this Resolution and Second
Revision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
maintain in the Office of the City Clerk a copy of the South
Central Area Sewer Deficiency Study - Second Revision.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13 day of August
1996.
